Hunter, German Shorthaired Pointer and Chukar – I painted this work long before I ever went chukar hunting so it was completely a figment of my imagination. Having now hunted chukar many times over the years I have to say I captured the essence of chukar hunting in this piece. You have to love a good imagination. Private collection, CT
